SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Hollis Row! Below is our current shipping policy for orders within the United States.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

  • During periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll work to ship your order as quickly as possible.


2. DELIVERY TIME

  • Typical delivery to U.S. addresses is up to 14 days from shipment (excluding processing time). Some high-demand items may require an additional 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.


3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.


4. DELAYS

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays outside our control may occur, including:

  • High seasonal demand

  • Carrier or customs processing delays

  • Severe weather or natural events

5. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Please verify your shipping details at checkout.

  • If you notice an error, email us immediately at team@hollisrow.com.

  • Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the address. Additional charges may apply for re-shipment.


6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or stolen:

    • Contact your local carrier for assistance.

    • Email us at team@hollisrow.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but replacement is not guaranteed.
